| Kelly Zepp |
Ms. Kelly came to work at CNC in 2007 after graduating
from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. Her student teaching experiences
were in kindergarten and second grade. She now works with our preschool age students coordinating curriculum content with
the MSDE Exemplars. In December of 2013 she became our Assistant Director.
Kelly Gartrell is our Preschool 3 through 5 assistant.
She is qualified as a Child Care Teacher and has worked for us since September of 2009. Little Kelly comes
to work every day with a 'can do' disposition. The entire staff and the center clients appreciate
her dedication and professionalism.

| Melissa Rodriguez |
Ms. Melissa is currently working to complete her Associates Degree in Early Childhood
Education. She is qualified to work with children from infants through school age. She is the mother of two who
attends evening and online classes to complete her degree. Ms. Melissa works with our infants and toddlers
as a Lead Teacher and Program Co-ordinator.

| Ruth Loveless |
Ms. Ruth came to work as our infant room break teacher after retiring from owning
her own child care center in the county. She has her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. She provides
our children with consistent and informed care while the classroom teachers take their breaks and have planning time.

| Michele Schuman |
Ms. Michele received her degree from Towson University in General Education/Early Childhood. She
works as one of our early childhood teachers in the Toddler, Two and Three year old classrooms.
We are very grateful for her very strong work ethic, flexibility and caring disposition.

| Jennifer Swan |
Ms. Jen is a college student who has completed all the courses to be Child
Care Teacher qualified. She is taking classes at the community college to earn her Associates Degree in Early Childhood
Education with a concentration in Special Education. She works with us every day as an Infant and Toddler Teacher.
We are so appreciative of Ms. Jen's dedicated professionalism!
